Originally from Italy, I have spent the last 18 years living and working abroad across the US, Mexico, and now the UK, where I reside with my family. My journey has given me first-hand experience in navigating cultural differences and understanding the unique challenges faced by leaders juggling high-stakes responsibilities and the joys of parenting.

With over 24 years of experience as a Marketing Director and Managing Director in FMCG and technology sectors, I have worked across diverse categories, from food and infant nutrition to home care and telecommunications. My career includes leadership roles on executive committees at companies like Danone de Mexico, Danone Early Life Nutrition UK, and Millward Brown UK. In these positions, I’ve led teams, shaped company-wide strategies, and orchestrated the development and implementation of impactful marketing and communication plans.

As someone who has experienced the stresses and demands of senior management, I understand the pressures that come with the role. My own journey toward resilience has been shaped by practices such as mindfulness, regular exercise, and continual learning, which have helped me navigate challenging times.
